"Employment gives people an identity, a purpose" says Devon Adelman, a Special Olympian. This video profiles her first paid job as a Lab Assistant and shows her at work, hanging out with her Mom and training for the Stand Up Paddling Board event at the 2016 Special Olympics USA in Seattle.
